Industrial Visit to Vachan Dairy Factory
Holy Hearts School, Civil Line organised an enriching industrial visit to Vachan Dairy Factory, Kharora, for the students of Class XII-A (Girls). The visit provided students with an opportunity to gain first-hand knowledge of the dairy industry and understand various processes involved in the production and packaging of dairy products.
During the visit, the students witnessed the complete process of milking cows, pasteurisation, buttermilk preparation, curd making, toned milk processing, paneer making, and several other dairy-related activities. They also gained valuable insights into the processes of branding, packaging, and storage of dairy products.
The visit was an informative and enjoyable learning experience for the students, enabling them to connect their classroom knowledge with real-world industrial practices. It helped broaden their understanding of the dairy industry and gave them practical exposure to modern production and management processes.
